"I had a great experience ordering rack ends from PartsZar. This was my first time ordering these parts and the process involved an overseas shipment, but Zander kept me updated at every stage and communicated clearly throughout. There were some delays due to customs and shipping, which were explained upfront, and I was always kept in the loop. Once the shipment landed in South Africa, delivery was arranged quickly and smoothly."
