Function of the Blower Relay

The blower relay controls power to the cabin blower motor, which circulates air through the heating and air conditioning system. It switches the high current needed by the blower motor using a lower current signal from the climate control switch. A faulty blower relay causes the heater or AC fan to stop working, often intermittently at first.
