Description
Function of the Clutch Concentric Release Bearing
The concentric release bearing (CSC) combines the clutch release bearing and hydraulic slave cylinder into one unit around the gearbox input shaft. It disengages the clutch when the pedal is pressed, allowing smooth gear changes. A failing release bearing causes noise when the clutch pedal is pressed, difficulty shifting, and clutch fluid leaks.
Why order it from Partszar
A slipping clutch, a clicking CV joint or a torn boot is a warning, not an inconvenience. Ignore it and it takes the flywheel, the drive shaft or the gearbox with it. Sort it now and it is one part, not a driveline rebuild.
- Fitment checked before it is listed. Every part is cross-referenced against the official parts catalogue and OEM part number so it fits first time. If your vehicle is listed above, this is the one you need. Not sure? Send us your VIN using the contact form below and we confirm the exact part for free, no obligation.
- Dispatched fast, tracked to your door. In-stock parts leave within 1 to 2 business days and reach you anywhere in South Africa in 2 to 5 business days with tracking. Back-order parts are sourced directly from our supplier, typically 3 to 4 weeks, and we keep you updated by email.
- LUK part. A known brand you can trust, not an unbranded copy.
- Decide with confidence. Selected parts carry our 6-month limited guarantee when fitted by an RMI-approved mechanic. Not sure about anything? Contact us below before you order.
