Scheduled Service Kit

A scheduled service kit contains all the filters, fluids, and consumable parts needed for your vehicle’s routine maintenance interval. Regular servicing is essential to maintain engine performance, fuel efficiency, and longevity. Replacing filters and fluids at the recommended intervals prevents contaminant buildup, reduces engine wear, and helps identify potential issues before they become costly repairs. Following the manufacturer’s service schedule also preserves your vehicle’s warranty and resale value.

Fits the GW4G15 1.5 VVT petrol engine as used in the GWM C10, GWM C20R, GWM C30, GWM CB150, GWM Florid, GWM M4 and Haval H1. The GWM schedule for this engine runs in 10 000 km or 12 month steps, whichever comes first, and the 40 000 km service is a major service: everything in the intermediate service plus the alternator and power steering belts, with the coolant and brake fluid changed (two-yearly) and the timing chain and tensioner inspected.

Engine oil, coolant and brake fluid are not included. The engine takes 3.5 litres of oil with a filter change, 5W-30 API SN full synthetic on the C10, C20R, C30, M4 and Haval H1 and 15W-40 API SL on the Florid and CB150, with a 50/50 glycol coolant mix and DOT 4 brake fluid. Fit a new sump plug washer with every oil change.
